Keir Reynolds brings more than ten years of experience in sales and sales management. He has consulted on a range of subjects from corporate brand recognition to employee financial planning and has worked with a tier 1 firm as a licensed advisor. Since 2005, he has specialized in assisting TSX and TSX Venture listed companies with their capital market strategy. Past successes include positions as with leading investor relations firms and an Exempt Market Dealer (EMD), where he was vital in growing shareholder value through effective investor relations tactics and the structuring of corporate finance offerings. During his time at the EMD firm, 15 equity offerings totaling more than $100M were successfully completed. In 2008, he founded both; the Vultures' Nest Investment Club and the Regent Report Newsletter which focus on near-term, high-growth, small-cap Canadian stocks. Most recently, he has been sought after as both an early seed investor and public speaker on the topic of public venture capital. One of his cardinal rules is to be aligned with shareholder interests by being a shareholder himself. |
